Hexagon Nature Panel Workshop

Available Dates
On this workshop there will be two different sizes of hexagon printed background panels for you to choose from & use for the base of your collage. You will then choose from a selection of small printed designs including bees, dragonflies, birds, flowers & cowparsley, all printed in a variety of colours & ready to arrange into a design of your choice. You’ll spend the day embellishing the prints & panel, adding extra felt, fabric, beads, lace etc. if you wish. Louise will demonstrate the method, stitches & process used to create her panels which have all been stitched completely by hand, but you could add decorative stitching using a sewing machine if you prefer.
Louise will bring along all the prints & materials needed on the day. There will also be a selection of threads & felt to use if you wish.
The printed backgrounds measure:-
Large approx. 30cm x 30cm – £10.00
Small approx. 16cm x 16cm – £4.00
Individual small prints – 50p each.
If you don’t want to purchase a background you can applique the small prints onto a piece of fabric of your choice & make the collage as large or small as you like.
