The idea for these little Nordic Pixies came from a Scandi Magazine given to me by a friend and I love fair isle knitting, but there is no way that I would ever have time to knit the little jumpers.  I was going to be extravagant and buy a fair isle jumper and cut it up but the came up with the novel idea of machine stitching on wool fabric using stitch and tear stabilizer at the back and just making rows of decorative stitches, I am really pleased with the effect.  Pattern only.
