In this one day workshop you will create characters dressed in their warm and cozy Christmas jumpers using free machine embroidery.
You can base them on family or friends and will have plenty of options to add festive embellishments.

Requirements
Sewing machine, feed dogs down and embroidery foot for free machining.
Normal straight stitch sewing foot.
Sewing kit.
Calico for the background or linen
Stitch and tear,
Pencil, eraser.
Fabrics to dress them, Christmas fabrics, lace, sparkly pieces, sequins, little bells, add wings to make angels, make a nativity…let your festive imagination run riot!
There will be plenty of time to hand embroider embellishments and also plenty of time to pop to the shop.
Christmas ribbons work well as do wool fabrics and socks with little motifs for hats and scarves.
