String Tulips – Sue Maddox

Workshop Information

Price: £47.50

Experiment using a string piecing technique to make the tulip petals in this small quilt. This is mainly machine pieced, but with some hand sewing as well. Fabric choice could be of the 1930’s reproduction mixed with moderns as in the original quilt for a bright scrappy look or other fabric selections of your own choice all work beautifully as well. You may wish to make just one block or plan to go on to make the complete quilt. Full instructions will be given.
