Day 1  Fast and Loose watercolour.  Suitable for beginners as well as those with some experience. How to free up your painting with colour mixing, wet on wet and building layers with mixed media and drawing.
Day 2  Starting a sketchbook . Using some of the worksheets from yesterday we will be making a simple sketchbook to use during the day. Learning about pen and wash and using collage to build interesting pages. We will work on quick sketches and techniques to build up a sense of ‘place’.
All the materials for the sketchbook will be supplied. Please bring an A5 watercolour sketch book and your normal watercolour kit, plus a Unipin 01 fine liner pen or similar.  There will be some materials to borrow on the day.
THIS WILL BE IN THE BARN – LOTS OF ROOM & LOTS OF LIGHT.
