I will provide the tag base.

Patterned and plain paper
Tea dyed paper if you like a vintage look
Handmade paper / tissue
Book pages (text and pictures)
Old documents/ invoices/ receipts
Music paper
Small images to cut out i.e. flowers, butterflies, animals etc.
Pieces of fabric, lace and trims
Glue stick
Ruler
Paper scissors
Paper trimmer if you have one
Stencils
Rubber stamps
Sewing machine if you would like to stitch on your papers
