This quilt panel has been designed and assembled in blocks much like creating a garden or allotment. So, once you have done the free-motion appliqué you can put it together however
you like and personalise by adding some hand embroidery, quotes and gardening motifs.
Janine’s printing, drawing and sewing style is very relaxed, easy and free and very quickly you
will be able to achieve a lot. This is not for absolute beginners.

sewing machine with, feed dogs down (instruction manual) and embroidery/darning free motion foot
sewing kit
pencil and paper
selection of small pieces of fabrics for appliqués
background fabrics
