Romantic Sampler with Caroline Zoob
Workshop Information
Some of Caroline’s first pieces were tiny patchwork samplers made from antique linens, heavily textured with quilting and hand embroidery. Using her gorgeous fabrics you will piece a base, and then decorate it with appliqué and hand or machine embroidery, lace or even antique papers, to create an heirloom piece. Perfect if you have a wedding or special family event you want to commemorate. Basic competence with a sewing machine required for piecing, but the course can accommodate any level of embroidery skills. There is a charge of £10, payable on the day to Caroline for the fabric.
