Workshop Information
An stunning redwork project, that creates a lovely string of bunting or a banner depicting the word NOEL in a creative font, embroidered in a back stitch. Easy construction means it can be made up and embroidered later and is suitable for a beginner or a Redwork addict.
Student Requirements
Red Threads: Coton a Broder 16, dark red 815 or red 321 or bright red 666. Mandy will have them all on the day for you to buy.
Fat quarter of calico, linen or plain white cotton fabric.
Fat quarter of lightweight iron on interfcing and cotton wadding.
Matching red check, gingham or spot fabric scraps.
Sashiko needles number 24, Mandy will have some on the day for sale – 5 for £1.
Hand sewing kit to include your cutting out and your small scissors.
