Workshop Information
A really brilliant way to revamp your old discarded bits!!! Start looking out for a wooden framed chair or footstool that has seen better days, remove the old seat and bring it along.
We will be making a strong durable seat in cord and using all your old treasured bits of fabric will bring new life to your piece of furniture
This will be held in the barn at Cowslip so please wear an extra layer if it’s chilly!
STUDENT REQUIREMENTS
A chair or footstool with the old rush or seagrass removed
Off cuts of fabric, ribbon or tapes
Dry stick glue (Pritstick)
Large rubber band
Sarah will bring the cord to the workshop – the cost of this will be approx 20p/metre.
