Prickly Stars – Sue Watters
Workshop Information
Sue travels the world and specializes in studying traditional old quilts. This is an easy version of a feathered star block and one way to use up all those fat quarters laying in wait in the cupboard. If you only want to make the one block this can easily be made into a cushion. You can also carry on building around the central block to make a really lovely quilt, if you have ever sewn a feathered star by hand you will find this so much quicker and very accurate.
