Nuno Felt for Beginners

For anyone interested in making nunofelt – a lightweight felt fabric created by fusing merino wool fibres with silk or cotton, used for beautiful felted garments and accessories.  This workshop will introduce you to the basic techniques. Students will learn various nunofelt techniques, thus gaining an understanding of the process and giving you an opportunity to experiment with different fabrics, fibres and textures, before embarking upon a bigger project (in another class -this is the preparatory class for the Nuno Patchwork Scarf workshop)
The tutor will supply all materials for this class at a cost of £6 per person.
