Machine Drawn Appliquéd Characters with a Valentines Twist
Workshop Information
In this workshop you will learn some of the techniques Janine uses to draw and write onto fabric. She will show you how, and help you to draw and design your own panels which you can then use for quilts, bags, cushions, needlecase, bookcover or pictures. Her sewing style is very relaxed, easy and free and very quickly you will be able to achieve a lot. You can also experiment with some hand embellishing and embroidery and keep to a very neutral Scandinavian colour palette which she uses or create your own.
This workshop will have a Valentines twist, if you would like that, so lot’s of hearts! You will also have an option to stich directly onto paper.
