Machine Drawn Appliquéd Angel with Attitude!

In this workshop you will learn how to draw your Christmas Angel/Fairy, design her dress, maybe put wings on her, you could make her into an advent calendar by sewing little rings
on the fabric to tie small gifts to or have her stirring the Christmas porridge for the pixies or waving a wand! After you have drawn her you will applique her onto the fabric of your choice. I will have a selection of drawings of Angels to help you. You could hand sew sequins on to her, add some other Christmas motifs to make her unique to you. 
Student requirements

Sewing machine, feed dogs down and instruction manual
Sewing kit
Pencil and eraser
Stitch and tear, approx. 
Fabric to stitch her on to.
Fabric for applique, sparkly netting, velvets, anything that you would like to use to make her. Ribbons are always useful for a bodice and tights, metallic fabrics.
You could also try stitching her using metallic threads.
