Lynette Anderson “Be Friends” Dogs or Cats!

This is a brand new project for this year from Lynette using fabrics from her new Quilters Garden Collection.
 For those of you who prefer our feline friends, an alternative version with cats on will be provided in addition to the dog purse pattern. 
Two doggie friends are having a pow wow in the park, I have combined applique and stitchery to cover this sweet pre-made ladies wallet.
During the workshop we will focus on doing needle turn applique using a simple technique that I learnt over 30 years ago and a new applique technique that uses the amazing Apliquick tools.
 
You will receive complete instructions on how to complete the purse at home.  The fee includes the pattern and a pre made ladies purse, with internal pockets, zips, space for change and a mobile phone!!

5” x 22” tan yarn dye,
background 3” x 22” green print, ground and circle background
3” x 6” cream print, dog and paw print
2” square brown spot, cream dog’s ears
3” x 4” black print, dog
2” square blue print, bird
Embroidery threads, I used Cosmo #245 red, #364 cream, #734 blue, #895 charcoal and #925 green (DMC conversion #815, #712, #930, #844 and #925).
