Little Landscapes

Piece a small landscape using free-cutting techniques which beautifully represent the gentle curves of the landscape. Then machine quilt as usual, and finally bring a whole new dimension by adding interest and texture with hand stitching. This small landscape embraces all that I love about patchwork and quilting – interesting fabrics, machine work and handstitching – and by the end of the day you will have created a beautiful little piece of landscape heaven. Machine work in the morning and handstitching after lunch – what could be better! Scope to include elements of your own personal landscape if you wish, or just use my designs.
