Learn to Crochet a Rag Bag

Create your own memory basket or mat from old dress fabric or bedding materials. We will be making a “thread basket” that you will hopefully be able to take home completed. By crocheting strips of fabric we will make a firm, hardwearing basket to display your threads etc.
STUDENT REQUIREMENTS

Charity shops are good for fabric and hooks, old fabrics (cotton or poly), quilt covers, sheets or old dresses.
Large Crochet Hook 6 – 8mm is the best – metal better than plastic.
Scissors and a face mask, if you  have difficulty in a dusty atmosphere.
Buttons for decoration.
