A Hand Embroidered Christmas Scene

Getting ready for the festive season we will spend the time stitching a beautiful Christmas scene, with a textured tree, loaded with tinsel, baubles and even a Swarovski star tree topper, a roaring fire and fluffy stockings hung ready for filling. Your full kit (£40 payable to Vicki on the day) will include linen printed with the design, DMC threads loaded on to a thread card, beads to complete your tree decorations and full instructions. If you would prefer to use your own threads a reduced kit contenting the printed linen, instructions and beads is available (£20 payable to Vicki on the day). A general sewing kit, including a selection of hand embroidery needles (size 10-12) and a pair of embroidery scissors will be needed. The shop does have a good selection if you need to stock up. Embroidery hoops will be available to use on the day but please do feel free to bring your own if you have a 7 or 8” hoop. Hand embroidery is not quick so it is very unlikely you will finish on the day, but we will cover everything you need to ensure you end up with a beautiful project ready to display for Christmas.
