Christmas Door Hanging

On this class Helen will show you how to make a lovely cozy quilt or door hanging on the same theme as her boating and garden quilts. Helen has lots of stripes, checks and little fabric pictures, letters and appliqué all in lovely Christmas colours and tones etc. you can make a similar Christmas themed quilt making simple blocks and picture to keep out the winter winds. 
 
 
STUDENT REQUIREMENTS

Sewing machine in good working order with a manual
Basic sewing kit
Cardboard for templates (cereal packets will do), pencils and pens
Christmas Fabrics colours of your choice, they do not necessarily need to be glitz Christmas more warm reds etc like French Gen with some Christmas pictures, smallish images if you like that sort of thing. scrap bag bits, checks, stripes and florals in a colour scheme to suit

The finished size can be whatever you need to fit your door or window (please bring the measurements with you). If making a quilt – choose your own size.
