Christmas Angel

Kate Toms is a 3D mixed media/textile artist who, over the years has created many fun characters
A simple one day workshop where you will create a charming shaker-style angel (shown).
Basic materials will be provided including the wooden arms, legs, clogs and wings – if you so wish you can bring a lightweight fabric of your choice for the dress and knickers – half a yard will be plenty otherwise you can use calico which will be available on the day.
This workshop is suitable for those with very little sewing experience.
Student Requirements
You’ll need to bring your sewing machine, basic sewing tools including scissors and a needle and thread (neutral colour).  A charge of £5 for materials is payable to Kate on the day.
