Birds and Angels Madeleine Millington

  Make a lovely Christmas Angel or Bird heirloom using beautiful dyed wool blanket fabrics. Relaxing, fun, handstitching day away from the Christmas’ hurly burly’, working on Madeleine’s highly original folk art ideas.
 
STUDENT REQUIREMENTS 
Fabric kits for both will be £10.00 at the most (this is payable on the day) and you can bring your own dyed blanket fabric if you wish.

Cutting out scissors
Paper cutting scissors
Stranded thread (DMC or similar) in white,red,turquoise,green
Sharp needle to suit thread
Cereal pkt for stiffening
 
Angel requirements
Sharp embroidery scissors
Cutting out scissors
Paper cutting scissors
Double knitting wool in different colours ( Madeleine will bring lots that you can help yourselves to, so this is optional if they already have it)
Sharp darning needle or sharp crewel needle with eye big enough to thread wool through
