Workshop Information
Sue travels the world and specializes in studying traditional old quilts. Using freezer paper and stacking your fabrics on top of one another you will quickly have a pile of stars to piece together and very soon a quilt is in the making.
STUDENTS REQUIREMENTS
· Basic sewing kit including scissors, threads to match, pins, etc
· Rotary cutting equipment with new cutting blade
· Sewing machine in good working order, with instruction book
You will need at least 4 contrasting fat quarters. Each fabric will yield a background and star so four fat quarters gives you 4 blocks. So if you want to make more than 4 bring more fat quarters.
