Appliqué Summer Brooches – Cat Rowe

Spend a day making a selection of cheerful and colourful brooches. We will be making a variety of summery themed brooches including flowers, birds, cupcakes and perhaps an ice lolly or two!  Adorn a favourite cardigan or give as a delightful gift.
Pattern included with class.
Requirements List:

Sewing machine + free machine embroidery foot
Sewing kit, nice sharp scissors etc.
Machine threads
Selection of cheerful fabric scraps.
Bondaweb, 1 Meter
Stiff Vilene interfacing (¼ Meter) used for curtain pelmets. Tutor will have supply to buy.  
1 fat ¼ worth of colourful backing fabric.
1 inch brooch clasps, tutor will have a supply to buy.  
Any beads & buttons to embellish.
