Come and make a 3D rustic style chicken which can be made from recycled clothing as well as a bit of fabric. It will have character and rustic stitches, hopefully to make you laugh but not quite such hard work as the old style. Pattern is included.

Requirements
1 metre fabric for body
2 x ½ metres of co-ordinating fabrics for tails and wings
½ metre wadding
3/4 metre calico for lining
Odd pieces of red fabric felt/flannel for comb and wattles
Polyester stuffing – pillows are the cheapest option you will need 1 pillows
Old wool jumper for legs/ruffs or ½ metre of fabric
Buttons or beads for eyes
Top stitching thread to match frill
Basic sewing kit
Sharp scissors
Sewing machine
There will be a charge of £2.50 payable on the day for the wire legs for the chickens
