Spring Flowers – Workshop

Snowdrops, Daffodils, Tulips & Daisies

There will be a selection of pre-printed panels available for you to choose from on this workshop.

You’ll spend the day embellishing the print/prints with felt, fabric, threads, beads etc. Using a variety of stitches which can all be done by hand or using decorative machine embroidery if you prefer. Louise will talk about the process she uses & demonstrate the stitches during the day & instructions will also be given to take away on how to make into the completed item of your choice if you don’t manage to finish.

The large prints measure approx. 23cm x 21cm & they cost  £8.00 each.

The smaller prints measure approx. 14cm x 14cm & are £4.00 each.

A Finished Pouch measures approx. 16cm x 10cm (can be made larger for a phone) & the prints for those are £6.00 each.

You can buy as many prints as you like.

Louise will bring along materials, felt & threads on the day, but you’re welcome to bring along any of your own threads, embellishments etc. to use if you wish.

Requirements:-

Basic sewing kit

Light weight iron-on interfacing (to back your print)

You can use a variety of items to embellish your print, here’s a list of suggestions:-

& anything else you want to bring along!
