In this workshop you will learn the techniques Janine uses to draw and stitch a character onto fabric. She will show you how, and help you to draw proportions and clothing and you will be able to applique and complete a picture by the end of the day.  Her sewing style is very relaxed, easy and free and very quickly you will be able to achieve a lot.

Student Requirements
Sewing Machine, feed dogs down and please remember to bring the embroidery foot for free machine embroidery. Instruction manual.
Stitch and tear
Sewing kit.
Small pieces of fabrics for Appliqué in your favourite colours.
Aurifil 80 thread and size 60 machine needles (available from the shop)
Make sure your electrical equipment (sewing machine) has been recently PAT tested.
