We are Sailing- Sue Watters

This is a lovely idea of Sue’s and might appear scary but works fantastically.   A quick, fun piecing project where we stack fabric and shuffle using freezer paper to transfer the main design. At the end of the day you will be sailing away with several beautiful blocks ready for quilting into whatever you wish. Suitable for a small wall hanging or to make into a larger quilt. 
Student Requirements Quilt 1 (main photo)
  1 1/2 metres of background fabric for sky.1 metre for sails3 different fat quarters for hullOdd scraps for flag1 metre for sashing and border.Pencil, cutting equipment sewing machine 18″ wide freezer paoer (available in shop)
