Winter or Cosy Christmas Door Curtain – Jo Colwill and Helen Brookham

Bring all your cosy fabrics tweeds, wools flannels cottons and make a Door quilt or throw to keep you cosy over Christmas, it can have writing applique and special pockets for a little message to Father Christmas, even a wish list, machine piecing and then hand embellished, this project can be as simple or complicated as you wish to make it, there is anew quilt under construction or stuck in my brain at this very moment, but on the lines of my Bear Essential quilt, that is three rows of 18” with the odd house and then large applique, I love bears and would like to make another on the lines of my polar bear quilt but you can stick to heart, berries and flowers if you prefer!!! just have fun…..
