Jess’s Quilt of Steps

Come along and learn how to make this lovely quilt with Helen. There are kits available in the colours we have used or you can make in your own colours, just make sure the background fabric is a good contrast. This quilt uses squares and rectangles, looks quite simple but very effective!
STUDENT REQUIREMENTS
BASIC SEWING KIT  & Basic rotary cutting equipment if available etc. 
SEWING MACHINE in good working order with instruction book and ¼ inch foot. 
Pencils and note book
FABRICS: bring whatever appeals to you: 25 or more fat quarters plus 2.5 metres of background fabric.
Cotton thread for piecing.
