I’m so very happy to have the chance to offer these new workshops for 2024!
Hummingbird and Wisteria Workshop
This class will focus on colour, textures, technique, form, composition and birds.
Inspired by Designers guilds techniques we will create beautiful cascading wisteria on an interesting background before drawing and adding our little hummingbird.
If you do not wish to add the hummingbird that is perfectly ok.
About Myself:
As an international  Artist and Textile Designer I’ve painted in lots of styles with lots of mediums creating patterns and art for all over the world all by hand never on photoshop!
I work closely with two publishers to produce art and designs for Galleries, stores such as John Lewis and Dunelm and others, now I would like to share some of my experience and tips with you!!
About the class and venue: 
Held at the fantastic Cowslip Workshops here in North Cornwall. The venue run by the lovely Joanna Colwill is the perfect place for my creative art class.
Set in the Cornish countryside with views of Launceston castle it’s a fabulous peaceful place to release your creativity whatever level of artist you may be!
I welcome all levels and will be with you the whole time to teach, advise, help and support you creative journey!
We will have lots of fun, I believe everyone has a creative side, let me help you explore yours!!! Small classes of 10 with a maximum of 12.
Whether you are a beginner or more advanced artist, my workshops will take your artwork in a loose and fun direction, exploring techniques, colour, textures and more! 
All artist’s materials are supplied on the courses, allowing you to focus solely on developing your skills and immersing yourself in creativity.
We will be using quality Daler Rowney Canvases, I don’t believe in using cheap canvases at any level as the paints will not work as well, each piece of art is an expression  of your creativity and starting with a good canvas is paramount!
Refreshments Water ,Tea Coffee and biscuits throughout the day, Buffet Homemade Lunch from the extremely popular cafe onsite for example homemade quiche, Cornish ham, humous, salads, salmon, breads etc, afternoon scone with jam and cream (please let us know of any special dietary requirements), Wi-Fi and parking are included with all of the classes.
Classes will start at 10.00 am and finish at 4pm leaving with your finished piece of art!

Changes/ Cancellations  to workshops/classes
If I cannot teach the class due to less than 7 students, illness or for any other important reason I will do my best to let you know as soon as possible  and postpone the class to a later date. A full refund will be made if the new date does not suit the student.
It is very unlikely that I would cancel a class/workshop but all of my workshops or classes require a minimum number of students to allow them to run,  if I do not have the numbers required and  have to cancel the class I will let you know as soon as I can and will offer a full refund or a transfer to another class.
If I have to cancel I cannot accept liability for any other costs incurred by the student other than the class/workshop fee.

If you have to cancel a booking please let us know as soon as possible – I will endeavour to fill your space if I have a waiting list or I may be able to offer a transfer to another class. If we are able to fill your space up to 2 weeks before the class we will refund you.
